CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/No Show Policy Reminder texts are sent upon booking, as well as 24 hours before your appointment if a client does not show up to their appointment, they will be charged 100% of that appointment. If a client cancels within 24 hours before their appointment, they will be charged 50% of service that was booked. If a client no shows your card will be automatically charged the cost of your appointment. ex. a haircut is $55 if you no show a haircut appointment you will be charged $55 automatically. *I do understand things happen but when you cancel please take into consideration that this is not just a hobby. This is my job and my only source of income. In this industry, my time is my money. If you do not show up, I do not get paid. **IF YOU ARE 10 MINUTES LATE OR MORE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. IF THIS IS THE CASE, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL NEED TO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE.
